Luke.22.47-53

⁴⁷While he was still speaking, look, a crowd arrived, and the man called Judas, one of the twelve, was leading them. He drew near to Jesus to kiss him. ⁴⁸But Jesus said to him, “Judas, are you betraying the Son of Man with a kiss?” ⁴⁹When those around him saw what was about to happen, they said, “Lord, shall we strike with the sword?” ⁵⁰And one of them struck the servant of the chief priest and cut off his right ear. ⁵¹But Jesus answered, “No more of this.” And he touched the ear and healed him. ⁵²Then Jesus said to the chief priests, the temple officers, and the elders who had come against him, “Have you come out as against a robber, with swords and clubs?” ⁵³Every day I was with you in the temple, and you did not lay hands on me. But this is your hour, and the power of darkness.
