• Bible translation texts generated by AI and revised by the community
• USFM typesetting data for the translations
• Translation suggestions and discussions contributed by community members in the Issue Tracker and passage comment sections

are all released under the CC0 1.0 Universal (Public Domain Dedication) license.

This means you are free to:

• Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
• Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material.
• Commercial use — use the translations for commercial purposes (e.g., print publishing, paid apps, etc.).

You do not need to ask permission from this platform, nor are you required to provide attribution. Of course, if you choose to credit BibleCollab in your derivative works, we would be most grateful.

Data Source Licenses

The Hebrew base text comes from WLC (Public Domain) and ETCBC BHSA (CC BY-NC 4.0), the Greek base text uses SBLGNT (CC BY 4.0), English reference translations BSB/WEB are Public Domain, and translation notes come from unfoldingWord (CC BY-SA 4.0).
