Exodus 12:43-51 — Regulations for the Passover
Exod.12.43-51
43And the LORD said to Moses and Aaron, “This is the statute of the Passover: no foreigner may eat of it. 44But every slave bought with money, after you have circumcised him, may eat of it. 45A temporary resident or a hired worker may not eat of it. 46It shall be eaten in one house. You shall not take any of the meat outside the house, and you shall not break any bone of it. 47The whole congregation of Israel shall keep it. 48If a resident foreigner is living with you and wants to keep the Passover to the LORD, every male among him must be circumcised. Then he may come near and keep it, and he shall be like a native of the land. But no uncircumcised person may eat of it. 49One law shall apply to the native and to the resident foreigner who is living among you.” 50And all the children of Israel did this; just as the LORD had commanded Moses and Aaron, so they did. 51And on that very day the LORD brought the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their divisions .
