Matt.9.35-38
35Jesus was going throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness. 36When he saw the crowds, he had deep compassion for them, because they were harassed and cast down , like sheep without a shepherd. 37Then he said to his disciples, "The harvest indeed is plentiful, but the workers are few. 38Therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest that he may send out workers into his harvest."
