James 3:13-18 — Two Kinds of Wisdom
Jas.3.13-18
13Who among you is wise and understanding? Let him show his works by his good conduct, in the gentleness of wisdom. 14But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. 15This is not the wisdom coming down from above, but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. 16For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is disorder and every evil thing. 17But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial , sincere. 18And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.
